Why hello there

"If you want one of my lanterns, you better give me something better in return." 

Part of an art trade with
I noticed they were into both lanters and koi fish, and of course since I love dragons, I thought this would give a chance for experiments. 
This took about an hour, not too much more, more like a rough sketch with color, but wow the perspective threw me off. Please critique! I want to improve!
